| Hosting:As a Foodspring Network Member, you will have a dedicated web hosting environment for your site set up for you - meaning no added fees for using an external hosting company. |

| Content Management System (CMS):A robust Content Management System will allow you to completely control the content of your site. You don’t need to have an existing knowledge of site programming. Our tool will teach you how to make real-time changes to your website, granting you complete control over site experience and content. |

| CMS Training (webex conference):Training sessions will be available for members to learn more about the in depth features of the Content Management System used in managing your site. |

|
|
| Site Analytics:Google Analytics code will be embedded into every page of your site. If you’ve used GA you know how valuable and simple it is! Get real-time measurements of your site's traffic and users, which you can use to optimize your site and its content. |

Integrated E-Marketing Tool:As a Foodspring Network member, you will have access to a core set of marketing tools that have been designed to help you promote your exposure, connect with consumers, and drive site traffic and sales. | Database Management:As part of our e-Newsletter marketing tool, you will have the capability to send customized emails to your current and ongoing database of consumers. Within your Member Dashboard area you will be able to upload, update and manage this database. |

| HTML E-Newsletter Builder:Use our e-Newsletter building tool to send out emails promoting your site, products, promotions, events or news to your customer base. You will be provided an email template that matches your site’s chosen design to customize your emails with photos and copy, as well as control how many and how often the emails are sent out. You can upload your customer database and begin to manage your database through the Foodspring Network. |

| Ad Banner Builder:Use our Ad Building tool to make your own ads that appear on websites within the Foodspring Network. We provide the basic framework—you drop-in the artwork and copy. It’s quick and easy and is the first step in buying or trading ad space within the Foodspring Network. |

| In-Network Advertising Availability:Within the Foodspring Ad Network, you can tap into the advertising opportunities presented by other Members who have complementary products to your own. After creating your ads via the Ad Builder tool, you can explore ad placements on all sites in the Network - either through paid placement or by "swapping" placements with a partner site, allowing you to essentially advertise your site and generate new qualified customers for FREE on other relevant sites! |

| Community and Collaboration:As part of the Foodspring Network, you will have access to a community of members with brands and products in the specialty foods industry. Within this community you can take advantage of their expertise and ideas - by viewing what they are doing with product promotions, advertising, etc., communicating via forums, and collaborating on marketing opportunities. We will contribute to this community's success through specialized marketing tools that help you most effectively reach the audience that's important to you. |
