Quarterly billing cycles:

Jan 1, Apr 1, July 1 and Oct 1.  Members will be billed at the beginning of each quarter.  Members that join in between quarters will be charged a monthly prorated Network Fee, based on the number of months you will be in the Network until the next quarter begins.

**monthly prorated fee for Ad Network Only Members = $79.00
